| Unplugged |
"Some people paint, some sing, others write ... I brew."
- Daniel Carey
A few times a year, we will cut Dan loose to brew whatever he chooses, uncensored, uncut, unplugged. Always handcrafted, the bottle you hold is brewed for the adventurous soul. This is a very limited edition and we make no promises to ever brew this style again.
In 2008, Dan will be releasing four new "Unplugged" beers. Imperial Weizen IPA will make its debut in February followed by two others, one in July and another in September. At this time, Dan is uncertain as to the names of these brews. Then, making a much requested comeback will be the famous Apple Ale in November. Please check back closer to the release dates for more information on these beers.
